Perfect respect for delivery times (placed order on Saturday and received the bike the following Wednesday). The bike is exactly what I was looking for (hydraulic brakes, suspension, very solid frame, super clear screen). The packaging is impeccable (really carefully packaged to protect it during transport and little assembly to do). Definitely a serious and professional company. Thank you.

Service & Power

I had some issues on shippind dates and a part missing with delivery but was compensated quickly /item missing was a front tire reflector.
I wanted get another seat post and was discounted on shipping.
We bought 2 STT bikes.
They are awesome, everything I read about is true.
The power is great, beats out most ebike's on the market and handling is superb. It's true, on dry powder snow and/or sand, this bikes rides..:)

Best purchase in a long time.

I love my ebike. I got the military green and purchased a rack mounted bag. The shipping didn't say the promotional items were included but when I messaged support they assured me they were coming with the bag. When it all came in (a few days after the bike) everything was there. I just rode it to and from work today and absolutely loved it. I don't have a whole lot of bike experience so adjusting the seat and handle hight is still something I'm dialing in, but it rides nice and smooth. Going over 30 k up hills is great I don't do much throttle riding. It's still a bit of a work out to get going up hill. Good for exercise and the environment so long as you use it to replace car trips.

When will my ebike ship?

For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is FedEx. Once the items arrived in our warehouse, please allow 2 to 7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by Tesgo are estimated.

Should I completely drain the battery before charing？

No. On many batteries this is preferred, however our batteries are all high-tech batteries and have built-in mechanisms that protect the battery from overcharging.
