It is very worrysome, when making a large purchase like this on line, but I can honestly say this was a great experience. The Bike arrived on time and within 20 minutes fully assembled. No issue at all, and the customer service was exceptional, (emailed multiple times with questions) and to know they are there if the need arises, makes this buy, more then worth it. If your looking this company is the one.

I watched a video to get myself hyped, but uhm...after 2 folding bikes (500W) and a 750W cargo bike, I can say the Thunder is POWERFUL. I know, I know, numbers are numbers. But when I go from 2 to 3 on power assist and I feel the bike accelerate so fast that I need to catch my cadence up to reach 30km/hr, while wearing everything for spring (lots of drag) and weighing 210lbs, I'm still shocked at the true assist it gives. I have yet to use it on 4 or 5 power assist, where as all my old bikes would always be set to max at one point (say after 25km before recharging).
The bike frame itself is a ROMANTIC experience. I have coworkers who can't look away when they see the Tesgo Thunder in my office catching light from the window. Honestly, the abundant welding for the back seat, the glorious rear shocks, the girth of the downtube, the proper placement of the kickstand (shortest of all I've used, and other bikes actually contact the chain when hitting bumps) for minimal lean, the slack of the interior electric cables when folding, the sturdy steam compared to slim folding stems. Oo-la-la!
However, lifting the bike is a bit of puzzle. It feels like there is no where to grab. Perhaps that was intentional, as a user could injure themselves by quickly hoisting on the 100lb frame. Speaking of 100lbs, I find with heavier bikes there is more pain when hitting bumps. This bike hasn't beaten me up anymore than a 55lb e-bike from competitors. Oh! One more thing: the distance from seat to handle bars is a real treat. I thought with my seatpost set to maximum height, I might feel like I'm sprawling out to reach the bars and eventually get into the habit of stearing with just fingertips but this hasn't happened. I love the reduced distance, yet I still don't hit my knees. I feel like this bike has just so many correct design decisions and I hope to use it for at least as many years as the other ones I've had, if not more. The rear seat is to treat my young children on family rides (children in grades 2-5 sit well on it).
